The leadership team at The New Virginian in Fairfax.
Sr. Vice President, Senior Director of Special Assets
Judi has been with Life Care Services (LCS) for 34 years. Currently serving as Interim Executive Director at The Virginian since April 2019, Judi’s passion for senior living began more than 50 years ago in the relationship with her own grandparents. “My grandparents were active, life-loving and humorous; through them I learned there are no limitations because of age and that family connections are everything—but most of all, I learned that having a sense of humor is essential.” Born in New Jersey, Judi’s hobbies include painting, drawing, traveling and photography.
Rev. Bob Koth
Director of Pastoral and Community Care
Rev. Bob has been serving as chaplain at The Virginian for four years. Bob’s calling to the Senior Adult Ministry developed out of extensive experience overseeing pastoral care and seniors’ ministry at the four churches where he served as a pastor. Through the personal experience of caring for aging parents and in-laws, Bob has learned that spiritual care is just as important as physical care. “As we approach our golden years, our faith plays an even greater role in addressing some of life’s most challenging issues.” Born in the Washington, D.C. area, Bob’s hobbies include pottery, painting, and drawing.
Kerri Mai, RN, RAC-CT, IP
Director of Post-Acute Care/ADON
Kerri has been with The Virginian for two years, and has worked in the senior living industry for over 10 years. “I love working with seniors because the bonds and the connections you make are timeless. Learning about the individuals in our communities and hearing the stories of what they’ve accomplished and where they’ve been is only the beginning. Being a part of a team that makes it possible for the people in our community to continue adding to their stories by enriching their lives is priceless.” Born in New Orleans, Kerri enjoys traveling, hiking, writing, reading, boxing, and spending time with her two children.
Priscilla has been with The Virginian for 24 years. “I grew up in a culture where strong relationships between generations were nurtured, so my love and respect for my grandparents came naturally. I spent much of my childhood in their presence, along with numerous aunts and uncles—it was a joyful time for me; thanks to them and the strong values they exemplified, they helped develop my affinity for the senior population.” Born in Washington, D.C., Priscilla enjoys reading, hiking, theater, and the company of family and friends.
Director of HR
Lynn has been with The Virginian for 21 years. “My passion is for senior residents to be able to continue living the lifestyle that makes them most comfortable, and to enjoy the confidence of safety and support from caring and dedicated team members—for them to be treated like I would want my parents and/or grandparents to be treated.” Starting out as a CNA/Medication Aide working with those who had challenges such as Down syndrome, she has worked in healthcare since high school. Raised in North Carolina, Lynn attended Wingate Baptist University, where she met her husband. She enjoys crafts, event planning, and volunteering.
Catherine Gray, MSN, RN

Catherine has been with The Virginian since 2017. “My passion for senior living began as a nursing student in my undergraduate program. I was assigned to an adult day program and fell in love with the senior population there. I love hearing their stories and their wisdom, and having the opportunity to learn from them. I also love their sense of humor and their ongoing enjoyment of life.” Catherine grew up in the Pacific Northwest north of Seattle. She enjoys yoga, walking, hiking, reading, and playing video games.
