Renovation Update

Things are moving forward with all the exciting renovations currently in progress on The Virginian's newly reimagined campus. 

In the Southwest Wing, a new roof is being installed along with new HVAC equipment that will give residents individual control of their heating and cooling systems. These redesigned residences in the SW Wing are on track to be completed by early April.

Demolition in the West Wing will begin sometime in the next week, and work in the all-new Memory Care wing will continue throughout the summer.

Now that the weather is warming up, we will also be completing the last prep work needed to start excavating the new resident amenity areas. So, you can look forward to some exciting developments there in the weeks and months to come.

More exciting changes will be coming in the months ahead, and we look forward to sharing them with you as our campus is not just remodeled but completely reimagined.
