Safe At Home

At The Virginian, nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our residents and their guests and family.

In response to today's heightened health and safety concerns, The Virginian is proud to be incorporating several additional safety features to protect our residents and campus visitors.

First, we will be installing touch-free entrance doors to our building and touch-free doors and plumbing fixtures in all public restrooms, along with hand-sanitizing stations throughout the property.

To improve air quality on campus, we will also be installing dedicated exhaust systems in all our redesigned residences to keep apartment air from circulating out into the corridors. The corridors themselves will feature their own fresh air intake systems.

These are just a few of the safety innovations we will be bringing to The Virginian's newly reimagined campus. As always, we will continue to monitor technology developments and the health and safety recommendations of Virginia's Department of Health, Department of Aging, and the Centers for Disease Control.
