Staff Spotlight – Paul Henry, Director of Food and Beverage

Paul Henry can't wait to give The Virginian's new and existing residents a taste of the things to come at the all-new campus of Fairfax's premier senior living community. 

As Director of Food and Beverage for The Virginian, Paul brings more than 30 years of experience in foodservice operations and management, as well as a history of working with several high-profile domestic and international hospitality brands.

Paul will be primarily responsible for designing a new signature dining experience and managing the operations and customer service for The Virginian's five new resort-style restaurants – Stonehouse Dining Room, Rock Creek Grill, Latitude 77, The Clubhouse, and The Cellar.

Paul is the former Food Service Director at The Residences at Thomas Circle, a premier Washington, D.C. senior living community. He first showed his talent for creating signature dining experiences when he opened The Residences' new Bistro Café drawing a great response from their residents. 

Along with developing signature dining programs for several prestigious retirement communities, Paul has received several awards recognizing him for his food and beverage excellence.

The Virginian is proud to welcome Paul to our premier senior living community, and we can't wait to see what he will be cooking up for our delighted residents.
